• Our home is a 4-story home without an elevator. Two out of four bedrooms are on the third floor (master bedroom and 3rd bedroom). We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please consider this information when booking.
• Early check-in and late check-out can be available upon request for an additional fee of $100/hour until 12 pm depending on availability and current bookings.
• Please let us know prior to check-in if you would like to have the air mattress set up for your stay. It will be made available only upon request.

✔ Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM 🕓, and check-out is by 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
