Beach Chairs and Umbrella

PETS: Maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A pet fee of $200 per stay is required upon booking.

***PLEASE NOTE: Guests are responsible for the care and return of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella provided during their stay. In the event that they were lost or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged at the current market price.

Public Transit: Public transportation options in Surfside Beach are limited, but bus stops are within walking distance in Freeport, providing convenient options for getting around.

Ride-Sharing: Uber and Lyft are both readily available in the area, so you can easily hop into a ride to explore nearby attractions or head to Freeport or Galveston without any hassle.

Biking & Walking: The area is pedestrian-friendly and perfect for exploring on foot. Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit hold will take place two days prior to your arrival.

Before your booking is finalized, we ask that you complete a brief verification process with Know Your Guest. This will involve confirming your details, and verifying your ID.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
